The Citizens Information Phone Service (CIPS) is a national
organisation, based in Cork. It provides information (primarily by
telephone) directly to the public from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.
CIPS wishes to recruit a full-time permanent Team Supervisor.

New entrants are normally appointed on the first point of the scale.
Incremental credit, if awarded, is based on relevant experience as set
out on application form.
The primary role of the Team Supervisor is to manage CIPS Information
Teams and information delivery systems and practices to ensure that
all customer service objectives and standards are met.
Excellent people management and communication skills. Track record in
service delivery, operational planning and quality assurance. Two
years? line management experience in a front-line service delivery
setting and a relevant third level qualification are required
